What we are looking for

We’re hiring an AI-Native BDR to join our Marketing team.

This is not a traditional BDR role. Instead of spending your time researching accounts, creating lists and drafting outreach manually, you will build, own and improve an agentic system that manages the work.

You apply your own judgement in the process, and are fully responsible for the outputs. What you don’t automate is the conversation itself – you take over the moment a real conversation begins and build relationships with prospects.

As in a classic BDR role, your success is measured on opportunities generated. You know how to leverage AI and agentic systems to reach a new level of output.

What you will do

Run prospecting agents
- Own multiple prospecting plays in HubSpot, each with its own audience, signals, selling context, and guardrails
- Write and refine the prompt blocks: research instructions, persona-specific messaging variants, objection libraries
- Approve, edit, or reject every AI draft before it reaches a prospect, and refine the prompts
Own your book of 1,000+ accounts
- The agents monitor all of your assigned accounts for buying signals - you decide the appropriate action
- You create follow-up plays for every webinar, event, or content launch
Have conversations
- Block time daily for cold calls into priority accounts
- Engage with prospects and hand over relationships to Account Executives with account summary

Who you are

You have 1-2 years in a BDR role or Sales operations, and you are passionate about prospecting
Hands-on experience with AI prospecting tools (Clay, HubSpot, Claude etc.) and LLM prompting
Strong written judgment: you can tell in 5 seconds whether an AI-drafted email is good or not
Comfort with ambiguity: you'll build parts of this role as you go
Strong ownership : when your prospecting agents don’t deliver, you take over to hit your target
